Here is a flyer and link for new educational videos AMP created for transitioning youth. There are 5 or 6 videos that cover topics such as getting medications, getting enrolled in GED or college, getting housing, etc….the videos are short, about 15 minutes each. Good resource for foster parents caring for teens!
